I have tried hot showers but they never helped much. The years before I was actually diagnosed with clusters I used my mom's method for dealing with her migraines. A heating pad on high, as hot as I could get it.... thinking it would help. Actually all I really accomplished was a reddened burned face, but for some reason the heat would "comfort" me. I haven't used heat since I started using imitrex... and my face looks alot better after an attack now! :)
