I don't think it can be be random. I think there are specific bugs, triggers, mechanisms that turn it on and off. We just need to discover them. If you go on this theory, then how does one fix a broken thermostat in the hypothalamus?
My idea is to treat it with Gotu kola and Vitex angus castus (specific herbs for Pituitary gland)in hopes that it will encourage self repair.
