Todd, no troubles about the Michael thing. I'm just glad people responded at all.
I usually refer to the pain as my demon going from calmly kneading the nerves behind my eyes to an all out tantrum. Who knows what sets it off?
If I had followed Polonius's advice and been true to myself, I would have gone with Lit as well. But I succumbed to the nay-sayers who kept telling me that I needed employable skills. But my electives are almost all English, so I'm doing alright. If I ever do write a book, it'll be the first Great Canadian Novel that contains no nature conflicts.
Marie, yeah, I know what you mean about painkillers. Useless little things, aren't they? I've yet to find a pill that works, other than Gravol which has the occasional ability to put me to sleep.
