I don't think that you should leave the board. It's been almost a year since I had my last attack and a little longer than that since I discovered this site. But I've never left it. I still check in every day to see what's happening. Sometimes, I'm able to offer advice to someone else. Sometimes, I find out something that I'll be able to try when The Beast comes back. Sometimes, I'm able to give someone else the help that the people on this board have given me.
