You have to do that. You have to find that strength that kept you going this far. There is good and bad in life. And there is exctasy and hell in life. When you give in to the hell, who knows, maybe you hit a neutral point where you experience neither. But when you do that the ripples you leave behind create a new hell for others out there. When you get the feeling of being at the end of your rope, have you tried -- after an attack is over, of course, going and experiencing the things in life that you find beautiful? Maybe a nature hike, or just watching a bird? Or focusing your energy intensely on whatever it is that you love and cherish? Whatever that may be, try reflecting on that and how you'd miss out on it if you did reach your end. Good luck.
