I have been reading through some of the previous posts, and I am apalled at the lack of knowledge of some and the fact they speak of something they know absolutely nothing about.

I am referring to a comment that was made that "CH is not a unique form of HA." WHAT??? Obviously this comment can only be made by someone who has never in thier entire life experienced a single CH episode. Everyone who has can tell you - there is absolutely NOTHING in this world that can even hold a candle to the threshold of pain experienced during a CH attack. I have been stabbed, beaten, and burned before (not at the same time though) and I can tell you that it does not even touch a CH.

To say that Ch is not unique in comparison to other HA is like saying That Jeffrey Daumer was not a unique killer and anyone who has ever murdered before has communed on thier victims flesh.
To say that CH is not unique is like saying every car will explode if hit in the bumper (this is unique only to the Ford Pinto.)
To say CH is not a unique form of headpain is like saying that every space shuttle is MEANT to explode.

So, to sum it up: CH's ARE unique, and can only be judged as so by a sufferer (or an experienced professional like Dr Peter J. Goadsby.) So if you do not know what a CH attack is like then do us all a favor and DO NOT COMMENT ON HOW IT FEELS! Thank you and God bless.

Peace,
Carl D

P.S. - Reading that post has set me back at least five months in anger management!
