I'm a little confused about the statement that Drinking and smoking don't trigger clusters? In my world I can't even wear aftershave lotion because just the little aroma sets off my clusters. Beer oder also sets them off and although You couldn't pickel a Gnat in the amount of alcohol I've consumed I can tell you without a dought that If you smoke or drink alcohol at all you not suffering in the same rhealm as me. Having said that I would also like to say that self destructive behaivors are not Macho just foolish. For me at least it like saying "Please stick an Ice Pick in my Eye" John
