Alcohol is a guaranteed trigger for me....IF I'm in cycle and IF I ingest it. Aftershave and odors have no effect.

Similarly, about 45% of us smoke. When I get a shadow, a cigarette will hasten the onset of the cluster. I definitely smoke less during a cycle, but I don't quit. Out of cycle, smoking does only the same nasty things it does to non-ch'rs.

One of the things we're learning here at ch.com is that, while clusters have some definite traits shared by all, individual reactions to 'triggers' and cures vary, at least in perception.

There is only one 'realm' here....clusters. We vary in frequency and duration, but make no mistake....my cluster is yours and vice versa.
