Don't know about the blood pressure and heart rate things, but I'll toss my two cents in.
I'm a 'sweater'. I live in Florida, but that's irrelevant. Even when I lived in upstate NY, the slightest exertion caused perspiration. Indicative of a high metabolism, I've been told. I'm 5'10" and 152#, so it's not an overweight thing.
As for cold, I hate it. Next to clusters, it's probably the thing I hate the most (explaining why I live in Fl.), but I'm no where near Karla. I just live with it, turn up the heat or toss on a sweater in the winter.
As for sleep, I'm one who can live forever on 5 hours per night.
