I know exactly what you're talking about. If I don't catch one in time, I almost always get nasuea and sometimes vomiting. During a cycle I always have an uneasy stomach and a lose of appetite. I try not to eat anything about 2-3 hours before my CH time-window of 10:00 - 12:00 am, so I don't surprise any of my co-workers.
I just read in an article in the Journal, Headache, about Clusters written by Ninan Mathew, M.D., "...In addition, several symptoms involving the autonomic nervous system are usually present: The autonomic system controls involuntary processes such as digestion, body temperature, and circulation.
