I use the sublingual tab, fairly fast action.
Could you be referring to DHE nasal spray a close
cousin to ercaf.
I use b6,and b3 supplements, also magnesium and
calcium, also c and niacin. Seems to help but
who really knows. Assuming the chemistry for
seratonin conversion from tryptophan the supplements
should help if, your diet is missing some of these.
