I have been given an ergotamine nasal spray to replace the inhaler which I used to use. It works out to be quite expensive because any remaining liquid in the spray has to be thrown away, it can't be kept for the next migraine.
I've stopped using it now because of side effects, and am struggling to find another drug which works so well.
