Yes, they do switch sides, but only in rare cases, according to the literature.
I am curious to know the following:
1). Which side (the "eye" cluster) or the "shoulder and neck" one started first?
2). Did he ever, even as a child, had any injury to his head?
3) When the "shoulder and neck" cluster comes, does it also eventually affect the eye on that same side?
4) Did the clusters ever "cross" sides DURING AN ATTACK?
5)What is his normal water intake per day?
6)How much SALT, CHEESE, SWEETS, NICOTINE, ALCOHOL does he take in daily?
7) Has he recently been on anti-biotics?
8) How much physical exercise does he get?
9) Which types of food does he HATE?
10) Which types of food does he like most?
