Boy once I start you just can't shut me up!! Does anyone else hold thier breath while sleeping? Greg does for anywhere between 20 -45 sec. at a time then takes in a big breath. During the cycle is the only time he snores too. Just wondering if there is any correlation. I know its called sleep apneia but there is no spell check on this thing and I didn't want to look like a complete illiterate! :)
