I used lithium once to end a particularly bad batch of CH's with sessions way beyond my tolerance levels. Stopped the cycle but stopped me too. Was having trouble just walking ie had to really concentrate to put one foot in front of the other! After that it took a further 6 months for my system to clear. Seems to work for some but take care.
