How about when you are chronic, you have heart trouble and can't take imitrex, oxygen doesn't work, there is no way of aborting the headaches, you have no person to whom you can turn for support, your friends think that you are a hypocondriac, your doctor has given up on you, and everything on TV seems to be reruns.
