Give up Ally McBeal- no way. It just arrived here in Norway. I saw the first three episodes in the US last Christmas-now I've finally seen a new episode.
How long have you been using the light and do you think it helps? I considered a light before I started getting the headaches, but I have't gotten one yet. They're much more expensive here.
