First, if english is not your primary language, you sure fooled me. Second, and more important, are triggers. While I do not trigger on alcohol myself, most do and must avoid it. MSG is probably my strongest trigger but I do think Chinese food is suffering from a bum rap there. Many Chinese resturants now have a MSG disclaimer on their menus and also list items that they don't prepare on site (egg roll, etc) and don't guarantee these MSG free. Other triggers not mentioned are heavy scents (the soap aisle at the supermarket has driven me outside more than a few times), solvents (oil based paint is a killer) and pipe and cigar smoke. My front line abortive is O2 and it works about 3/4 of the time. For the rest, we (me and the beast) take a walk. Good luck.
