Magnesium - CH preventative

I've found that regular dosing with magnesium seems to help me. I think that it works "long term" and I take slow release magnesium 400mg per day in between sessions ie cluster free time. During this present spell of clusters I have increased the dose to two batches (morning and evening)ie800mg per day along with 2 migril (ergotamine) per day taken at the same time and have reduced my attacks to 1 per week approx 1-2 hours Kip 4-7 whereas I usually have 1 CH per day kip 7-10 for 1 to 3 hours. Has been BY FAR the "easiest" batch of CH's I've been through but then my CH sessions do vary in intensity from batch to batch anyway. Take care.
