I developed a tick in my head last year from excessive stress. Well, the stressor is gone, but the tick is still there. Okay, the ultimate cure--a guillotine. Anyway, I went to American Whole Health, and the doc said that I probably have a magnesium deficiency. Blood tests are not accurate indicators, as it can be regulated in the blood but nonexistent in the tissue. It will probably take a couple of months to restore the deficit, at that time I will know if that is the ticket. He said that stress can eat up magnesium. More to the point, I will assume you all are in agreement that the demons are very stressful to deal with. I asked Doc Greg, and he said that there has been some indication that a magnesium deficiency can aggravate the headaches. Just another of the many things to consider. Any feedback on this is welcome. Cluster Heads unite! We shall overcome thee . . .
