You're going to have to explain that logic path to me. Clusters are NOT tension, stress or migraine headaches. All the angina in the world won't cause a cluster or bring one on.

MANY clusterheads for whom verapamil works find no relief until they reach 720 or 960 mg/day. Some have posted of 1200/day dosages.

It's irresponsible and wrong to apply the dosages typically used for the treatment of high blood pressure to the treatment of clusters.

If verapamil didn't work for you, Nicholas, I'm sorry. But it does work wonders for many.
As you said, you aren't a doctor, and neither am I. But if we don't try meds based upon their effectiveness for other cluster sufferers, what do we go on?
