I got severely addicted to gravol. So bad I overdosed and had siezures. Stop, you WILL kill yourself if you don't. I now have heart and lung trouble from just a three month splurge. You're right, it is cheap, easy to get and VERY easy to abuse. It is not a drug to mess with. I have depression and it helped alot for that, but if you don't have them, it really sucks. I still have to hold myself back from buying them and I actually have trouble walking past a drug store. But my husband caught me ( I was sneaking) because I was snapping his head off all the time (they made me really irritated). Now, I can't sneak, and I am glad he "babysits" me now. Hang in there, get off them and don't take any drugs with a sedative in them if you find you get addicted too easily. Good luck!
