I have been taking Gravol for three years now. I use it to combat anxiety, and it works fairly well. However, I realize how addicted I am to it. I will panic if I am out of it especially when I am away from home. I often find myself taking 2 gravol if I have to eat out with other people. I am beginning to worry that I am abusing this cheap yet effective drug. I have never overdosed the recommended dosage - but maybe I am abusing it by taking it everyday for 3 years now. Anyone else been through this?
