Last time I took Prednisone it took me three years to get off it. I eventually had to decrease the amount by 1mg per month after i got below 10mg. After going down to 1mg I took 1 every other day for the last month. Never again. Its bad stuff. This past cycle I used a combination of Depakote and Amerge with Imitrex for the really bad HA's.
