Great news and I"m happy he's getting some relief.
One minor point about your logic.
The 'increased size' of the hypothalmus is actually some extra cells...miniscule and requiring cutting edge computer enhanced technology to even identify. Now, I have no idea how big a seratonin receptor is, but I don't think it's the extra cells putting physical pressure on the receptors that's the problem.
I may very well be wrong on this. Just offering a bit more data for you theory.
