Sailpuppy, are you the one who spoke of ice treatment, carrying around a cooler? Sorry, I'm new and get people mixed up. Whoever it is, please answer this for me. When you use ice, does it cause pins and needles type pain to your scalp? It does to me, so I've never tried it for any length of time (I made it about 3 seconds!) I want to determine if, since this treatment is effective for you, do you just have to get through the pins and needles pain, or is it something you do not experience? If you have to work through the pins and needles but then find CH relief, I might give it another try. I have always craved heat on my head....doesn't make the CH go away, but it is soothing.
