20 miles north of Duluth, MN in the summer months, there are some nice camps ground there right on Lake Superior, temps are in the 60's and the air is super fresh, I would take my motor home up there, get off all the meds and let nature takes it's course, this was always a cure for me and the CH's would clear after a couple of days, can't recommend it in the winter time, the cold is unbelievable, otherwise I would move up there, still think of 40 miles south of Astoria, OR, nothing is there except pure fresh air, nearest polluting source is Japan, when I was living in Greenwood with all the manure dumping, learned that if I climbed on the roof of my house, I was high enough to break a cluster, high ground always has purer air, guess the old farmers new this because every old farm house is built on top of a hill in Wisconsin, this doesn't make sense because their farms would be exposed to high winds and tornados, plus they had to dig super deep to hit the well water, but I guess they must have known about the effects of manure or else they would have never built way high up on a hill, you never find an old farm built down in a valley, just an interesting observation.
