I have had dreams where I had an attack, woke up, got halfway to the bathroom, only to discover that there was no pain, and that it was really a dream. I had the same as you when my c h's first started, with the waking up with intense pain and nausea. I think my stomache is slowly turning into cast iron, as I don't have the vomiting problem anymore. When I got an attack in the daytime my stomache would stop working hours before I had the h a. I could never figure that out. It almost seemed like that my stomache started the attack, or maybe the food I ate. Maybe our bodies just adapt to the c h's. d:-)
