I'm curious if any other Chronic or even Episodic sufferers have this happen to them.
I use to just wake up with the full blown headache and be at the point of vomiting before I woke up, back when this all started.
Sometime in about the 10th year I came to realize that because of the way I sleep (In short 20-30min. spurts or spells) I go directly into rem 4 when I fall asleep. Almost instantly when I go under I'm in dream land. It's like turning on a T.V. Set in my mind and I'm living another life.
During my sleep when I start to dream about having a headache in my dream I am actually starting to have one for real. At some point I realize that I'm dreaming and that I'm starting a cluster attack and have to wake up and head for the cold Shower.
Of course by then it's a full blown attack and I have to go through the full routine.
Just curious if it's that prevacive in anyone elses life that they incorperate the CH's right into their dreams too? Sailpappy
