Riccardo, I agree, nobody should try heavy meds on his/her own, but that's not easy to do anyway as they are on prescription only.
However, it saddens me, if I hear people starting with potentially hazardous stuff like Prednisone or Imitrex or even narcs, without trying first the more benign meds like Vreapamil and O2.
As we all know, many docs have limited knowledge (if any at all) in treating CH and even if they prescribe Verapail and O2, they are at miss for the correct dosage and or the proper use.
So, if we recommend 'try this or that' it is not an advice for self medication, but rather a way to help newbies to learn what might be helpful, so they can discuss it with their doctors.
