Doc running late is perhaps one of my worse pet
peeves. As understanding as I might want to be
delays in excess of 15 to 20 minutes would warrant
for the practice to hire and extra-MD to take care
of people. When that happens I talk with my feet by
walking out without even a comment...onwards to
the next Doc...The last one just got fired.
