I have been a chronic for years. I have seen several doctors of varying descriptions since the onslaught of the demon. Invariably, on every visit, I will be given a new drug. It seems as if, when a doctor doesn't know his elbow (or any other part of his anatomy) from a hole in the ground concerning a particular problem, the answer is to try a new drug. I have lost count of the different drugs that have been given to me. Some have nearly killed me. A neurologist gave me Stadol once. When I returned to him, after tripping for several hours on the stuff, he told me that it was "a bad drug". WHY DOESN'T SOME SMART PERSON FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS??!! I'm tired of being a guinea pig. In fact, I'm just tired.
