Hi all,
I realize, the title of this thread invites for wisecracks. However, I want to bring up a serious topic and would like to see some serious comments.

As we know, most clusterheads wake up only when the demon is already fully at work, too late for effective and fast abortion. Even if daytime attacks have a some sort of precursor, giving a precious few minutes forewarning, these signals are mostly suppressed during sleep.

The question is:
How can we learn to wake up at earliest sign of an imminent attack,
so we'll get a chance that the O2 will work as effectively as for daytime attacks?

Most of us have learned a long time ago to interpret an excessive pressure in the bladder as a wake up signal and go to the bathroom rather than let it flow and not be disturbed in sleep.

The same should be possible for CH precursors. Instead of ignoring them unconsciously (who likes to be woken up by an attack), we should find a way to learn to use them as a wake up signal.

So here's the challenge for the mind control experts out there:
Would it help to repeat 'I will wake up at the earliest sign of an attack' over and over again until we fall asleep?
Or do you have a better idea?

PFNAD's,
Ueli
