Up The Down Elavater

I have been thinking of this.
I work in a high rise now. 23rd floor.
The elavater moves very fast. Ears poping all the way up or down.
I take this ride mabie 6 time a day.
I'm getting a lot of headaches at work now.
Could this be due to the sudden change in altitude. Several times a day?
My headaches at night are further apart. But, higher on the kip scale than the daytime ones.
Just a thought.
