But, if you suffer of sinusitis, expect a lot of headaches. On the other hand, if you continue for a couple of months, the sinusitis will disappear.
(In fact, doctors said that the sinusitis is practically absent in the airways personnel).
In my case the sinusitis is a big trigger of the CH cycle, if you have too, may be a positive thing in the next months.
