I have been a CH sufferer for about 15 years (eposodic, thank god) an I am currently in the middle of a cycle. About a week ago I started to take an antihistamine tablet called "Telfast" twice a day as I was suffering from hayfever symptoms. My CH frequency and severity seemed to decrease. In fact the only CH I have suffered in the last 5 days was one night when I forgot to take the Telfast.
Has anyone else noticed this effect, or is it likely to only be a coincidence ? I am not game to do any more experiments by missing the tablets, plus any effects I may notice could be physcological.
PS. The actice ingredient of Telfast is Fexofenadine hydrochloride.
