I too would go to the ER and get a demerol shot. Knock you out for a few hours and then regroup. I assume that you tried oxygen. I used to have them that severe but not in a while. They still can hit an 8 or 9 but now when I feel one coming, I insert the cafergot suppository. I only use 1/3 or 1/2 and then start breathing oxygen. If you have not tried that, please do. It has helped me and I pray it can help you.
