Fu**...First time having daytime attack AT WORK NOW!

Ow. I am atwork at a client site. It's not too bad yet and I have a Imitrex in my bag, but its my last one and I don't get a refill for another two weeks...

I might go out to my car for awhile..

What do you guys do??
