I've had the bulk, about 80%, of CH attacks during the day. I told all my collegues and boss what the situation was and used to drive home (fortunately 5 mins away) at the first indication and return as soon as I could. At my present job I have access to a -15 celcius walk in fridge which reduces the severity and seems to shorten the attacks (this on top of meds).

It really messes with ones future at work but on the positive side I seldom have attacks at night and so it takes a lot longer for me to become exhausted as I can sleep.

My sincere sympathy!
