When is it safe to drink alcohol again ?

I have just finished an CH episode (I think). It has been 7 days since the last major CH, and 5 since even a shadow. I havn't been game to have a beer for the last 5 weeks and boy am I hanging out for a cold one. When do you other eposodics consider an episode over and it is safe to drink again ?

P.S. my sympathies to you chronics who must consider us "lucky" episodics a pack of cry baby whingers.
