Howdy Dave;
When I was having CH bouts, I'd wait about 2 days after the last one, sorta' depends on which came first, the absolute must for a beer or the absolute pain of an attack. I can only hold out for so long, but THE headaches definitly kept me on the wagon longer than normal :-)
