I've been on Verapramil and Imitrex for this cycle which has lasted about 5 weeks. Today, I was able to get in to see a neurologist who gave me a 15 day course of prednisone(starting at 60mg/day for 10 days)then tapering off. I've taken only one dose and the more I read about it the more paranoid I get. I'm tempted to ask him to reduce the dosage to 40mg/day for the remaining 9 days. Any thoughts? I've had no side-effects but only took it 3 hours ago.
I'm worried about long term effects.
