We all know there is some kind of connection between the clusters and the sinus. What that connection is nobody knows but we all have the sinus draining during an attack and there is pain behind the eye where the sinus is located. With that in mind I tried an antihistamine (Tavist-D) with my Sansert and it helped. It doesn't stop the pain but it does seem to make it less severe.
