August, I do understand your fear going to sleep.

However, I do not share it, since I have conditioned myself to wake up at the earliest sign of an imminent attack, so there is no difference in success aborting day- or night-time attacks. I have no idea how I achieved this, since I have a very sound sleep otherwise, and I have to, living only 300 meters from the steeple where they insist to remind the the two farmers left in the village it's time to milk the cows a 6 in the morning.

I tried to get some answers to this question from the mind control wizards with my post of March 4th, but the feedback was not overwhelming.

Maybe you should go with a more positive attitude to bed, saying to yourself: I'm going to get some sleep, and when the inevitable happens, I just wake up and don't relegate it to the dreams.

Let's hope the specialist in coping techniques have more to say this time.

PFNAD's,
Ueli

PS, Could a hypnotist 'order' you to wake up at the first sign ???
