We get ours at the camping supply store (Crappy Tire, for those Canadians in the audience). They are thick plastic sealed bags containing a blue gel-like substance that can be thrown in the freezer for months on end and used and re-used when necessary.
Always keep 3 on hand, Mike can go through 1 or 2 in one cluster attack and then we can put them back in the freezer for next time, saving the 3rd one in case he gets hit again before the first 2 bags are cold enough to help.
Just trying to save some $$$
