Trigeminal Neuralgia, believe it or not, is known to be the worst known pain to man/woman. I've seen it written many times about it. I've gotton into arguements with people about it and they say TN is worst than clusters. They get jabbing, electric like pain thru the face many many times a day. I think they both are bad and both need better medicine and more research!!!
