Hey are you going through the V.A. for Treatment? Sounds like it with the cancelled and rescheduled appointments. I've kept a book of all the appointments and I think it's about 1 out of 7 that doesn't get shuffled around for months and months.
It took the Gastroendorologist a full year to start the Treatment for the Hepatitis C. I had to see a shrink befor e they would start the Chemo as Headache and insanity are the two main side affects from the Interferon. I was told that %40 of the people that take it lose their marbles, real high suicide rate!
Well sir! I have had Headaches (CH) everyday for over 30 years, I didn't see the logic in not wanting someone that already is nutty as a fruitcake and has headaches every few hours to take the only treatment that is available. I mean to not seek treatment was Paramount to commiting suicide.
Actgually when the Doctor told me he didn't think I was a canadate for the treatment I came the closest I have ever come to completely loosing it, I kind of questioned the Good Doctors
Credentials, I mean is this guy a complete idiot or what.
It was the only time I ever had the Security Guards called to assist the Doctor. You know getting out of the corner I had him backed into.
I don't know how long your CH's have been active, I just wanted to tell you that I'm really happy if I get a combined sleep total of 3 hours per night. Usually range in the 1.5 to 2 hour area in 20 to 45 minute intervals.
Divert all this pain into your book and maybe that will help for the moment! I have little else to offer except the cold treatment!
