Is "Imitrex" the same drug that in Europe is called "Imigran"? Must be. Sumatriptan is the substance. When I first tried it, it was a marvel. Injections is the only form that really work for me. Nose-spray didn't really appear to be potent enough, besides my nostril is often blocked during attacks. Pills are to slow, though I sometime have taken one profylacticly, before going to sleep -- then I don't have to suffer that terrible attack at 2 a.m.
