but my cycles have steadily grown further apart over time. First cycle at 20 years of age - 30 years ago.

First 10 years or so - one cycle per year. Grew to 2 years apart to my current 3 years apart.

Like you my first years ( 15 ) were completely unmedicated.

I have never been chronic like you. My cycles are always 6 weeks long.

How they change over the course of a lifetime is my primary interest. I think we need to get some real good data on how they change. OUCH is gonna be part of these studies.

One of the best things that OUCH can offer in my humble opiion is a registry of sufferers. We are getting names, email addresses and the like of a lot of people.

Stay tuned for the largest and most important study of clusterheads in the history of mankind.

My ignorant guess is tha there are probably some subgroups of sufferers. There are guys like me who start in their late teens or early twenties and are always episodic. There are people like you, that freeking idiot from Rochester and Elaine who were chronic from day one. Other people seem to have a grea deal of variation.

We are working on getting some real geeky scientific types to help us with doing these studies in a very professional and correct manner.

There are so many things we can learn. This is exciting shit.
