16 years chronic. Day after day after day after day after day, ad infinitum. Began at age 21. Relentless, un-yielding and exquisitely painful.
I've altered my lifestyle (stopped smoking and stopped drinking). No change in attacks.
I've thought really, really powerful, happy cheery thoughts. No change in attacks.
I've had many, many people pray for me from all different religious backgrounds. No change in attacks.
My Doctor says that I may outgrow these "headaches" (I really hate that word) and then again I may not outgrow these "headaches" (I really hate that word).
I'm kind of hoping that these "headaches" (I really hate that word) go away when I die.
